Cookbook
SQL recipes that show where each dataset shines
Once you know which tables to use and how to join them, Queria’s data is ready for real work in a few lines of SQL. The cookbook collects that know-how as per-dataset recipes: matching postal codes to municipalities, spatial joins against boundary polygons, business-day arithmetic, and other patterns for combining open data with your own.
Each recipe also appears on its dataset’s detail page (the usage guide tab), where you can edit and run the SQL in place. The recipes are currently available in Japanese only.
