The signed-in home page, and how stars work

Once you sign in, the home page at queria.io becomes an entry point to your own work. While you are signed out it stays the introduction to Queria.

What appears on the home page

Sections appear from the top, and only the ones you actually have. Until you have anything, you just see “Getting started”.

  • Recently viewed — the datasets and tables you opened last, so you can pick up where you left off
  • Stars — the datasets and tables you starred
  • Yours — the datasets you publish, your storage usage, and the organizations you belong to
  • Getting started — write SQL in the browser / connect the CLI or MCP / use it from Claude Code

About “Recently viewed”

Your viewing history is kept only in your browser and is never sent to Queria’s servers. That means:

  • It does not carry over to another device or browser
  • It is cleared when you sign out, so the previous person’s history is never visible on a shared device
  • What you looked at while signed out is recorded too, so your history is already there right after you sign in

You can empty it at any time with “Clear history”.

Adding a star

Press the star button on a dataset or table page to star it. Press it again to unstar. What you star appears under “Stars” on the home page, newest first. The home page shows the 8 newest; the rest are behind “View all”, at queria.io/stars. You can unstar from that list too.

The number on the button is how many people have starred that item. The number is visible even when you are signed out. Starring requires signing in — pressing the button while signed out takes you to the sign-in page.

If a dataset you starred becomes private or is deleted, it drops out of the list.
