Bug Fixes

• push: Move rows held inline out to Parquet on every push, and refuse to publish a catalog that still holds them

• push: Leave the inline tables out of the published catalog, so DuckDB 2.0 can read it

• push: Clean up with refreshed credentials and start the conversion from a fresh file
